Scope

This notice covers the Nisbah marketing website. The application, customer accounts and uploaded business records require a separate notice describing their actual processing.

The beta waitlist

When you request a beta invitation, we collect the email address you enter. Giving it is optional; without it we cannot invite you. We use it only to invite you to the Nisbah beta and to tell you about the beta. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Your email address is stored with Resend, our email provider, which also sends our emails. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data outside Malaysia. Nisbah Technology receives a copy of each request at hello@getnisbah.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until the beta invitations are complete or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Every email we send lets you unsubscribe.

Technical information and cookies

The website does not install analytics or advertising trackers, or use browser cookies or browser storage. Our hosting provider processes connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
