The Nisbah website introduces our commerce intelligence product. Illustrations demonstrate concepts, not a visitor’s actual business results. Product previews do not establish that a capability is available to every customer.

Beta access

Beta access is subject to an invitation and any terms supplied with it. Features and availability may change during testing. Requesting an invitation adds your email address to our beta waitlist. It does not create an account or guarantee access.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code or use another person’s account without permission.

Content and third-party names

Nisbah’s branding and original website content are presented for viewing and understanding the product. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not establish endorsement or an available direct integration.

Business decisions

Reports depend on source records, reporting periods and data coverage. Review missing or provisional information before relying on a figure. Nisbah is intended to support business analysis, not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or other advice.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy to see how we handle the email address you give us. Application data processing must be explained before customer information is collected.

Customer service terms

Pricing, billing, cancellation, refunds, data rights, service commitments, termination, liability and applicable dispute arrangements have not been established in these website terms. These must be addressed in a reviewed customer agreement before paid service is offered.
